The Tough Love Event
Your Red Wing boots are an investment into your job performance, safety, comfort, and overall health. We want to help you get the absolute most out of your Red Wing Boots, and we’re excited to introduce our Tough Love event!
The Tough Love Event is all about educating customers about how they can take care of their Red Wings. Our boots outlast the competition as-is, but with a little tough love from you and expert care from us, they’ll go even further. So here’s what we’ll be focusing on this winter for all of our customers!
Education
We are making an effort after each sale to educate our customers on:
- How to freshen up and dust off their boots after a long day’s work
- Boot storage. You shouldn’t just chuck them in the garage after you get off work!
- How to deep clean their boots, with the particular leather their boots are made of in mind
- Our 30 Day Service Program!
Equipment, Tools, and Supplies
Red Wing has everything you need to take care of your boots. And we don’t just mean new laces and eyelets (more on that later.) We mean boot brushes of different stiffness, polish specifically mixed for your leather, boot dryers that… dry your boots, and oils and creams to keep your leather supple and protected. We have it all, and we’ll be happy to let you know which items you need for your particular pair of boots
Service
We stand behind our product, 100%. That’s why we offer our free, 30-day service program. Once per month, if you bought your boots from Red Wing Shoes, we’ll:
- Clean
- Polish
- Condition
- Change the laces
- Replace the eyelets
On your boots… free of charge. No catch – just make sure you bought your Red Wings from a local Red Wing shoe store, and you’re good to go, once a month, for free.
